Each player is permitted to hold only one ph444k account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed upon detection. Bonuses and winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be voided. If you have lost access to your account, contact ph444k support rather than creating a new one.
All bonuses issued by ph444k are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
ph444k processes withdrawals to verified accounts only. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. 3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.5 KYC Verification. ph444k may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable identification documents include government-issued IDs such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.6 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use ph444k: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of ph444k or its affiliated companies; (c) persons who have been self-excluded from ph444k or any other gaming platform; (d) persons who have been barred from gaming by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph444k login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
4.2 You must notify ph444k support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. ph444k will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
4.3 ph444k recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for additional security. ph444k is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to use available security features.
4.4 You must not allow any other person to use your Account. Each Account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
5.1 ph444k accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. ph444k does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
5.3 Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. ph444k is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.4 All funds deposited into your ph444k Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ph444k reserves the right to reverse deposits and suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.
5.5 ph444k does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified Account holders who have completed KYC. ph444k processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours on business days, subject to verification requirements.
6.3 ph444k reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
6.4 Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Real-money funds that have not been subject to any wagering may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the verification requirements above.
6.5 ph444k reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
7.1 ph444k offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
7.3 Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. ph444k reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonuses where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player is exploiting promotional offers, engaging in bonus abuse, or using strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
7.4 ph444k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's Account prior to the change.
7.5 Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address. Players who create multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all associated accounts closed and bonuses voided.
8.1 All games available on ph444k are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.
8.2 ph444k uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all non-live games to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation. RNG systems are independently audited on a regular basis.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ph444k will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. ph444k's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final.
8.4 ph444k reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect payout, odds display, or game outcome. Players will be notified of any such voiding and affected stakes will be returned to their Account balance.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph444k platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
9.2 ph444k reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of this section, and to forfeit all balances associated with that Account. ph444k may also report such conduct to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
10.1 All content on the ph444k platform — including but not limited to the ph444k brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of ph444k or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph444k platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ph444k content without prior written consent.
10.3 Any unauthorized use of ph444k's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph444k shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
11.2 ph444k's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 ph444k does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph444k's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12.1 ph444k collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 ph444k may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, where required by law or regulation. ph444k will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14.1 ph444k reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
14.2 You may close your Account at any time by contacting ph444k support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable fees) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ph444k's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

16.1 ph444k reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
16.2 Your continued use of the ph444k platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
